What can I do if I have purchased a Moncler garment from an authorised retailer and it has production defects?
You must keep the receipt and return to the shop where you bought the jacket. The guarantee covers defects of conformity attributable to production flaws as long as
- the production defect manifests itself within two years from the purchase date.
- the request to repair or replace the garment is made to the retailer within two months from when the defect is discovered.

How do I know if the Moncler garment I have purchased is original?
Original Moncler garments can be purchased only at authorised retailers. Therefore, it is not recommended to purchase Moncler garments from other retailers.
In any case, Moncler avails of the Certilogo system, which allows the customer to verify the original quality of the product purchased with a few easy steps: on the label, together with the logo, there is an embroidered template which shows the unambiguous Certilogo identification code, two telephone numbers (calls and sms) and the site where it is possible to access the area dealing with control. Thus, the information can be easily accessed, without any particular difficulty, by making a phone call or by accessing the website.
